The courses are ideal for Human Resources professionals interested in honing their skills and discussing techniques with their peers.  Managers too will benefit from specific training, for example if they are responsible for selection within their region or business unit.

Each course typically runs 3 hours in duration.  A blend of learning techniques are employed, including taught content on contemporary tools and approaches, facilitated exercises to practice core concepts, and discussion about application within the company.
Typical Engagements:
  • Small to mid-sized groups (up to approximately 50 participants) to facilitate discussion
  • Inclusion of company-specific tools and processes, as well as current Talent Management challenges
  • In-person or virtual training formats (please note that activities will differ depending upon choice)
